Expect to continuously improve

In the spring of 2020, amidst global challenges, I began my journey at Siegfried as a Quality Control Analyst. For nearly two years, I delved into the meticulous world of quality control, ensuring every product met the highest standards. My time there was marked by learning, growth, and strong bonds with my colleagues. 

By the end of 2022, I decided to explore new horizons, leaving behind a team and environment I cherished. However, in 2023, a new opportunity at Siegfried brought me back as a Quality Assurance Senior Specialist. The competitive salary, positive relationships, and sense of belonging drew me back, easing my transition. 

As a Quality Assurance Senior Specialist, my role involves investigating deviations and customer complaints, monitoring corrective and preventive actions, creating product quality review reports, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve quality goals. This work must be efficient, balancing time and resources while ensuring compliance with cGMP, company procedures, EH&S regulations, and pharmaceutical standards. 

Through various training programs, workshops, and hands-on experiences, I continuously enhance my skills in quality assurance. What I enjoy most about my role is ensuring accurate root cause determination and analyzing corrective actions. Siegfried’s collaborative and innovative culture, commitment to excellence, and continuous improvement make my job fulfilling. 

Looking ahead, I am excited to further develop my expertise in quality assurance and gain deeper insights into the pharmaceutical manufacturing process. Every day brings new learning opportunities, and I am proud to be part of a dedicated and talented team.
