When I first joined Siegfried in 2023, it felt like the perfect decision. The short distance from home to work, positive company reviews, and a strong recommendation from a trusted friend made Siegfried stand out as the ideal workplace for me.
At Siegfried, my work schedule follows a 4-shift rotation, each with its unique rhythm. Whether it’s the early morning shift from 6 am to 4 pm, the afternoon shift from 2 pm to 10 pm, the night shift on weekdays from 10 pm to 6 am, or the varied weekend shifts, each day brings a fresh challenge. We always start our shifts 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth handover, maintaining seamless production and clear communication across teams.
In just six months, I achieved a significant milestone: independently handling all the dryers. This rapid growth was made possible by the unwavering support of my teammates and a keen focus on improving my skills. The collaborative and encouraging environment at Siegfried has been instrumental in my development.
What I love most about my role at Siegfried are the positive challenges I encounter every day. Each task, each new product brings an opportunity to learn and grow. The dynamic nature of my work keeps me engaged and motivated, always eager to tackle the next challenge.
Looking ahead, I am excited about the future. My goal is to embark on a three-year apprenticeship to earn a federal certificate as a qualified chemical specialist. This certification will enable me to work independently on MZA chemical vessels, a step that aligns perfectly with my career aspirations.
